Guys check this: leave your horse at the stables before you exit the game. First go back to the tennessee then exit. When you start the game again go back to the stables and get your horse. Yeah unfortunately progressing the main storyline can cause side content to be missed, you might still be able to do the mayors missions because they’re only at night but I’m pretty sure the Mary mission is gone
