I empathise with you - being in similar situations I feel you. First time is excusable, second time just means it's a pattern in behaviour so straight kick right then and there or leave if not the Fireteam leader. Edit: I'd also suggest the other 4 in the team also reports him if possible. Stupid behaviours like this ruins everyone's day tbh.
