But both of these decisions make your individual playthrough more difficult than playing a superior race with every tool at your disposal, which is what this list is based on. A diplomat play style isn't really supported by vanilla Morrowind. Focus on the Attributes, since those don't stop you levelling when they hit 100, but they have a big impact on your ability to play.
